ESPN's Adam Schefter reports teams have inquired about trading for the Ravens running backs.
It's a far-fetched notion, but Schefter cites league sources as saying multiple teams are interested in making a deal for Latavius Murray, Ty'Son Williams, Le'Veon Bell, or Devonta Freeman. Perhaps the Ravens making Williams inactive last week inspired teams to check in on the explosive runner who appeared to be the best in Baltimore's injury-ravaged backfield. Williams had 188 total yards in the team's first two games, before being phased out of the offense. The rest of the Ravens' washed backfield has looked old and slow, which is fitting since Murray, Bell, and Freeman are old and slow. For now, Murray is the team's lead back. He should see the goal line touches that Lamar Jackson doesn't take for himself. SOURCE: ESPN.com Oct 11, 2021, 9:10 AM ET
