Cardinals coach Kliff Kingsbury said RB Chase Edmonds (shoulder) is a game-time decision for Week 5 against the 49ers.
Edmonds injured his shoulder in the second half of Sunday's blowout over the Rams and is listed as 'questionable' despite failing to practice throughout the week. Having accrued 5.5 targets per game to this point of the season, Edmonds' absence would open up carries between the 20s and receiving-game work for James Conner to inevitably soak up. Conner would rank above the league's other fill-ins — Damien Williams, Samaje Perine, Alex Collins — if Edmonds is ruled out.
