Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said Tee Higgins (shoulder) will play in Week 5 against the Packers.
Higgins "looks great," per Taylor, after a week of limited practices. Higgins has missed the team's past two games after catching 10 of 15 targets for 118 yards and two touchdowns in the season's first couple weeks. Fantasy managers can confidently deploy Higgins this week against a banged-up Packers secondary. He should be regarded as a low-end WR2 in a highly-condensed Bengals passing attack.
