49ers general manager John Lynch said Elijah Mitchell (finger) would be a game-time decision in Week 11 against the Jaguars.
Lynch said Mitchell suffered the "type of [finger] break they thought he could function. But surgery might have been different than we anticipated." Lynch added that "pain tolerance is not an issue, but he has to be able to function. We will take it till game time." The team has been strangely optimistic about Mitchell's Week 11 availability following surgery this week. Fantasy managers should prepare to be without the high-end RB2 against Jacksonville. Jeff Wilson, who saw ten carries last week against the Rams, could be positioned for north of 20 touches against the Jaguars if Mitchell is sidelined. Wilson should be rostered in all leagues.
