Dolphins head coach Brian Flores said DeVante Parker (hamstring, shoulder) had a setback in practice and is doubtful to play in Week 9 against the Texans.
Parker's string of injuries continues unabated. Parker drafters should plan on being without Miami's WR1 in what would have been a plus matchup against Houston. Parker's absence is a boon for Jaylen Waddle and Mike Gesicki. In three games with Parker sidelined, Waddle has averaged 6.67 receptions on 9.67 targets. Gesicki should continue operating as a receiver against the Texans. He has tremendous upside.
