RB: Derrick Henry

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Derrick Henry (foot surgery) is expected to miss 6-10 weeks.

Rapoport added that a more realistic timeline would be 8-10 weeks but Henry could return within a month and a half if he really pushes it. Given Henry's long-term importance to the franchise, it would be surprising for them to rush him back even a week before he is fully healed. Henry is likely out for the rest of the fantasy season which means Jeremy McNichols is in line for a massive role for the remainder of the season. Darrynton Evans was placed on injured reserve last week. Because it's his second stay on injured reserve, he's done for the year. That leaves McNichols as the only backup currently on Tennessee's roster. Khari Blasingame, a fullback, could handle some third-down and blocking duties while Mekhi Sargent will likely be called up from the practice squad permanently. The Titans could also explore free agent option but, for now, McNichols is the No. 1 add off the waiver wire.
